We always use high-quality carbon fibers that offer outstanding mechanical properties: e.g., T-300:

• Tensile strength: 3990 MPa (407 kgf/mm²)
• Tensile modulus: 231 GPa (23.6 x 10³ kgf/mm²)
• Elongation at break: 1.7 %
• Density: 1.75 g/cm³
• Dry yarn fineness: 199 tex
• Size amount: 1.0 %

These performance fibers are ideal for manufacturing lightweight and high-performance parts, benefiting both business customers and end consumers. Of course, we can also use other carbon fibers depending on the requirements.

For production, we use modern technology with autoclaves.

Yes, our carbon parts have TÜV approval and can be registered with a material certificate. In the future, our parts will also be available with ABE certification / EC approval to offer our customers products that do not require registration.
