Right of withdrawal for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.)

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you ordered goods that are delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MAX CARBON GmbH, Gewerbepark Edelweiß 2, 88138 Weißensberg, Phone: +4916095441980, Email address: info@max-carbon.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us or to MAX CARBON GmbH, Gewerbepark Edelweiß 2, 88138 Weißensberg without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning parcel-shippable goods. For goods that cannot be shipped by parcel, you bear the direct return costs amounting to 50 EUR.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusions and expiration reasons

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after contract conclusion and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the control of the entrepreneur;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated magazines except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
