Warranty Terms

1. Warranty Period
MAX CARBON provides a warranty of 3 years from the date of purchase. Proof is required by presenting a valid purchase receipt. (Valid from 01.01.2025)

2. Scope of Warranty
The warranty covers material and workmanship defects, provided the product is used as intended and properly.
In the event of a warranty claim, MAX CARBON commits to:

  • repairing the product,
  • replacing it, or
  • refunding the purchase price proportionally if repair or replacement is not possible.

3. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

  • damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or modifications,
  • normal wear and tear and signs of use,
  • damage from external influences such as accidents, fire, or water,
  • products not purchased directly from MAX CARBON or authorized dealers.

Note: The paint in the engine compartment is subject to natural aging and yellowing due to extreme heat exposure. This process, as visible on the carbon part in the engine compartment of the AMG ONE, is unavoidable and not covered by the warranty.

4. Procedure in Case of Warranty
In case of a warranty claim, please proceed as follows:

  • Contact MAX CARBON customer support by email at info@maxcarbon.de.
  • Provide a valid proof of purchase along with a detailed description of the problem.
  • Send the product for inspection upon request. In case of warranty, MAX CARBON will reimburse the shipping costs.

5. Additional Notes

  • This warranty complements your statutory warranty rights and does not limit them.
  • MAX CARBON reserves the right to change or adjust the warranty conditions at any time. The current warranty conditions can be found on our website.
